Open the machine door and power up using islolation switch key. On the inside of the door, press the mode switch. The digital display will show AUDIT MODE On the external keypad press the bottom left hand button
until the display reads SUPERVISOR MODE. Press the green button The display
will read ADJUST INGREDIENTS Press the
bottom left hand button until the display reads ADJUST PRICES Press the
green button. The display will read NORMAL PRICES Press the green button. The display will show a selection
and the current price of that selection. Using the numbers on the keypad key in the new price. The
bottom left hand button is 0 Press the green button. The display will show the next
selection and its current price. Reprice as above until all required changes are made. When finished press the mode button to return the machine to
normal operation.
